WHAT ARE YOUR MEANS OF PAYMENT?
Currently we have various means of payment such as :

MY ARTICLE STILL HASN'T ARRIVED, IS THAT NORMAL?
As specified in the product description, delivery takes between 8 to 21 days in most cases.


If your product is still not there after 3 weeks MAXIMUM, we will refund you 100%. This only happens in very exceptional cases.



I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, IS IT POSSIBLE?
Yes, you have 12 hours from the moment your order has been placed.

Simply send us an e-mail and we will cancel your order and refund you within 30 days.



HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?
If you have any questions that are not listed on this FAQ page, you can write to OUR ADDRESS and our customer service department will make every effort to answer you within 24 hours.



CHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Change (before reception)

- I changed my mind about my article, what can I do?

If you have changed your mind about your order, send us an email indicating the item to be changed and we will do the necessary. Please note that any order changes must be made within 2 hours of the initial purchase, you will not be charged any additional fees.

- Can I change my item after receiving the email confirmation?

Unfortunately not. All items that have left our warehouse are final and cannot be changed, it will be a product return.

- What if my product is faulty?

In case of a defective product, you have the possibility to receive the same product or simply get a refund after the return of the defective one. The customer is KING.

Return

- I don't like my article, can I return it?

Returns are accepted (**) only if they do not exceed 14 days after receipt of the package. However, to guarantee you a refund, all returned products must be in perfect condition. The return costs are at your expense. Proof of postage must then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.

** Promotional items are not eligible for returns.



Change (after receipt)

- Can I return the item and exchange it?

As long as the returned item is in perfect condition, exchanges are possible. Send us an email and we will take care of the rest. The cost of the return is at your expense, however you will not be charged the cost of the new shipment.

- How long do refunds take?

Refunds can take up to 14 working days, depending on the payment system chosen at the time of purchase.

- I still haven't received my refund?

Please inform us immediately by email if you have not received it after 14 working days.



REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

-What is your refund policy?

All purchased items can be refunded, subject to management's discretion and approval, under the following conditions:

Return requests are accepted within 15 working days of delivery.

All items must be returned in their original condition, delivered with all parts and tags.

Damaged / defective / incorrect products can be exchanged.

Cancellation of an order may be made prior to shipment of orders and management reserves the right to refuse any cancellation made after the items have been shipped and/or after 5 hours of the original purchase.

Return costs are at the expense of the buyer, unless the product is defective.

Management reserves the right to refuse any return / refund and each case is subject to the sole decision of the company.

The company will not be responsible for any errors in the shipping addresses provided by the customer and will be subject to the return of the product before receiving a refund.

Any change of address is subject to management approval and orders shipped / completed are strictly non-changeable.
